Old McDonald Had A Farm

"Pear's" class went on a field trip to a farm. He had so much fun checking out all the animals. He got to feed a baby cow with a big bottle, and he feed a pig some lettuce. On the farm there was a cow they called Tina, two horses. some sheep, some goats, some geese, chickens and a pig. It was not a big farm it is just a little farm that is mainly used for kids to come visit. The kids had a lot of fun. Come to think of it I went with "Apple" when she was in kindergarten! (two years ago)

Mother's Day!

In school on Friday, "Pear's" Kindergarten class had a Mothers Day tea party. They sang us a few songs and we did the chicken dance it was so much fun! (Sorry I don't have pictures) They made us some paper flowers and a card. The teachers asked each of the kids some things about their mom (they filled in the blanks)and I thought it was so cute see what "Pear" thought of me so I wanted to share

My Mom
My mommy is the most wonderful mom in the world! Her name is Tammie. She is as pretty as a Sunflower. She is 33. She has blue eyes and brown hair. She weighs 6 pounds and is 80 feet tall. Her favorite food is Macaroni and Cheese. In the good old days, when she was little, she use to play with her barbie dolls. I think my mommy is funny when she calls me by my brothers name. I would not trade my mom for 100 cats. I love my mom because she is nice to me!
I love looking through the eyes of a child! I feel so blessed to be a mother! Happy Mothers Day!

Child Proof??????

"Plum" has been crawling for a while now and he loves to go all over and get in to all kinds of things. Recently he has discovered that he can remove the "child proof" covers off the outlet plugs, it only takes about 30 second to remove both plugs! Apparently we need to find a different way to "child proof" the outlets! Any suggestions?

Rollie Pollie Take Two!

"Plum" can rollover from his back to his stomach! Wednesday was the first time he did it. Then on Thursday he was a pro. He is starting to roll all over. I know it won't be long before he starts crawling. I am not sure I am ready for that. I know he is going to get into every thing. I can already tell he is very curious!

Something new! "Plum" just started doing this last week and I thought it was so cute. He wants to make sure he can get his two cents in! What a cutie!

Birthday Cake

As the kids have been getting older I have not been doing themed or decorative cakes for their birthday's. This year was no different, until I was at the dentist office looking through a Family Fun Magazine ( my favorite magazine) and found this cake. I did not make it exactly like the one in the magazine, because I did not want a ton of extra cake. I am not a perfectionist so it's not perfect. My daughter loved it and that's all that counts! Hope you had a great birthday sweetie!

"Apples" Baptism

We had a very big weekend. Our little "Apple" was baptized. I am so proud of her for make the decision to be baptized. She was so excited all week for the big day. She was a perfect angel! I think she loved having all the attention on her! Now she is an official member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. I hope and pray that we are teaching her all that we can. Today was fast and testimony meeting. I have a hard time going up to bear my testimony, it makes me so nervous. But I did it anyway. I wanted to share my testimony with her and with all of you so I will share it again.
I am grateful for my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that I am blessed because I have them in my life. I know that I am not alone as I go about my day and as I face my every day trials. I love my family and feel so blessed to have each one of them in my life. I know that I am very blessed for all that I have. I am especial grateful that I was able to be raised as a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. Thank you Mom and Dad for setting a good example for me. I hope that as I live my life I will be a good example to my children so that we will be able to be an eternal family!
